Fighting Tiger Heavy Support
Strength through superior firepower is the motto of Jatis Mahaduyana. Fighting Tiger armies can field enough heavy weapons to outshoot almost any opponent.

Tigers of Agni see "Devastator Squad" in Codex: Space Marines
All Tigers of Agni are male and serve the Vedic god of fire. They act in either anti-personnel or anti-armor mode.

In anti-personnel mode, Tigers of Agni tend to use heavy bolters and missile launchers; in anti-armor mode, Tigers of Agni use lascannons, missile launchers, and plasma cannons. Tigers of Agni rarely use multi-meltas because of their limited range.

Tigers of Agni crew attendant Rhinos and Razorbacks, as well as Predators, Vindicators, Land Raiders, and Whirlwinds. By tradition, Tigers of Agni deploy in 10-strong squads: four Space Marines using heavy weapons, five Space Marines with bolters to act as guards, and a Sergeant (or Veteran Sergeant) to lead them and keep an eye out for enemy infiltrators or fast attack units.

see appropriate vehicles in Codex: Space Marines
Each Fighting Tiger heavy support vehicle has many upgrades as well as its own name. Some examples are:

Tiger Claw (a Vindicator);
Tyger Tyger (a Predator Annihilator);
Sabretooth (a Whirlwind);
White Tiger (once used as Shiva Nagordarika’s command vehicle); and
White Tiger II (a Land Raider Crusader).
Apex Predator see Vehicle Design Rules in Chapter Approved (Second Book of the Astronomican)
Jatis Mahaduyana uses a Predator variant when battling tank armies. This variant was created using the Vehicle Design Rules found in Chapter Approved.

    Options: The Apex Predator may have any of the following upgrades at the cost listed in the Space Marine Armory: dozer blades; extra armor; hunter-killer missile; pintle-mounted storm bolter; searchlight; smoke launchers. No upgrade may be chosen more than once per vehicle.

Vedic Siege Gun
see Vehicle Design Rules in Chapter Approved (Second Book of the Astronomican)
Vedic Siege Guns are used to defend the fortresses (or maths) of the Fighting Tigers on their homeworld, Veda: during the brutal attack by the Warband Bloodcomet, the Guns slew many a Khorne Berzerker. For protracted campaigns where heavy firepower is needed (such as the Blood Deserts of Auros IX Campaign), a few of the Guns may be dismantled and transported to critical areas of the warzone. This vehicle was created using the Vehicle Design Rules found in Chapter Approved.

    Weapons: The Vedic Siege Gun is armed with an Earthshaker cannon. Note that it cannot fire indirectly.

    Options: The Vedic Siege Gun may have any of the following upgrades at the cost listed in the Space Marine Armory: extra armor; hunter-killer missile; pintle-mounted storm bolter; searchlight. No upgrade may be chosen more than once per vehicle.

    The Vedic Siege Gun is similar in design to the Imperial Guard Basilisk and slowly creeps into position using the treads located underneath its hull. Two Fighting Tigers man the weapon from within, using automated features to turn, load, and fire the weapon (in contrast to the manual procedures used by the Imperial Guard for the Basilisk), thus enjoying greater protection from the enemy.

    In the event of a malfunction, the Vedic Siege Gun may be accessed through a hatch in the roof of the bunker and fired manually, but this is rarely necessary, and the Marines' power armor means that the Siege Gun assembly is not treated as open-topped.

    “Guns. Tanks. Rockets. These weapons are only extensions
    of the only real weapon: the mind.”
    Maharaja Shiva Nagordarika
This is the end of the army list section of Codex: Fighting Tigers of Veda. The next section discusses how to paint figures and vehicles.
