Traveller of Both
Time and Space: Introduction and Table of Contents
For this site, I incorporate quite
a bit of fiction into battle reports
but I usually don’t have the time to write many actual, stand-alone stories.
I tend to write slowly and do a lot of revisions, and it’s very hard to
work on a story over several weeks (or months) while creating or editing
material for the Jungle’s updates.
To solve this time constraint, “Traveller
of Both Time and Space” (which takes its title from a line from Led Zeppelin’s
song “Kashmir”) will be written as a serial, with new episodes being posted
as often as I can.
“Traveller” also breaks some new
ground in that it features Raja
Shamshir Talatra, who shares command of the Fighting Tigers of
Veda Space Marine Chapter with Raja
Khandar Madu. Though Shamshir Talatra has been around since before
the
Jungle, I really haven’t done much to explore his character aside from
some appearances in the Blood Deserts of Auros
IX Campaign.

Usually when I start writing a story,
I’ve already outlined it; I know how it will end and I know how it will
get to that ending. Not so with “Traveller.” I have no idea how it will
end or how it will get there; I’m just making it up as I go. Hopefully,
you’ll come along and see…..
